—Administrative Assistant

Being an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at Summit Christian College (SCC) is an important position, providing administrative support for all SCC administrators and serving as the first point of contact with the public.​
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

High school Diploma
-
Undergrad hours in business, management, or administration, preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

Knowledgeable in the principles of editing and clear communication
-
Skilled in general webpage navigation

FULL TIME: 35 Hour Work Week
Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a receptionist for Summit Christian College (SCC).

Oversee the work of mail distribution for SCC.

Oversee SCC mailings.
-
Oversee office equipment and its use.

Maintain physical and digital administrative files.

Update SCC master perpetual calendar.
-
Update the master SCC calendar.
-
Track donations and other development events.
-
Edit official correspondence with the public, businesses, government, and accrediting association.

Assist in SCC activities and special events.

Provide logistical support and assistance for development projects.

Assist all SCC administrators.
-
Performs duties assigned by the Administration.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Operations, but works as an assistant to all administrators.
