Scholarships
We offer scholarships designed to contribute to your long term success. Apply for scholarships only if you are a full-time degree-seeking student.
Please submit completed applications to the Financial Aid Office along with all supplemental material in order to be eligible for the scholarship. Scholarships must be submitted by December 1 for the Spring semester and June 1 for the Fall semester.

The current scholarships offered by Summit Christian College are listed below. Underlined titles are linked to the appropriate application form where you will find specific qualifications for that scholarship.

For NEW students:
For scholarships not automatically applied, submit the acceptance form or listed application to the Financial Aid Office (kcollopy@summitcc.edu) to be eligible for the following scholarships.

​​President's Up to 100% tuition for new incoming freshmen exhibiting high school academic excellence

Campus Visit - 3-credit hour scholarship for a student completing a scheduled campus visit

SCC Mission Trip High School - 3-credit hour scholarship to high school students participating in an SCC-sponsored mission trip

Honor Camper - 3-credit hour scholarship for a student named as an honor camper at a summer youth camp

Minister's dependent 25% tuition for new or returning full-time students

Missionary’s dependent 25% tuition for new or returning full-time students

Merit Scholarship acceptance form Freshmen enrolling in their first semester of post-secondary education may receive multiple Merit scholarships up to nine credit hours.

Mason Ministry Scholarship Up to 25% tuition for one semester for qualifying returning students.

Phoebe Need-based for qualifying students. Funds are dispersed as available

Senior 100% tuition for the senior year of SCC students with a 3.0+ cumulative GPA and a 3.5 GPA for the two previous semesters ​​

Academic Dean's - Up to 25% tuition for returning SCC students exhibiting academic excellence. (Partially Funded by the Mason Ministry Fund.)

Tabitha - For women seeking a ministry degree. Funds are dispersed as available

Alumni Scholarships:
Alumni scholarships are for students who will become an alumni or for students who are dependents of alumni.
Students applying for the SCC Future Alumni Scholarship must submit the application, essay, and two references to alumni@summitcc.edu by April 16, 2023. Scholarships will be given as funds are available. All scholarships are for tuition only.
✓References need to be from a professor and a mentor in ministry
✓The essay will include 1) a description of the career you would like to pursue, and the reasons for this choice and 2) the characteristics that you consider most important in a Christian leader.

Students applying for the SCC Alumni Legacy Scholarship must submit the application, essay, and two references to alumni@summitcc.edu by April 16, 2023. Scholarships will be given as funds are available. All scholarships are for tuition only.
✓Applicants must be a current full-time student at SCC
✓Child of an SCC/PVBC alumnus
✓References need to be from a professor and a mentor in ministry
✓The essay will include 1) a description of the career you would like to pursue, and the reasons for this choice and 2) the characteristics that you consider most important in a Christian leader.
