Registration is now open for Fall Fling 2018! Fall Fling is Summit Christian College's annual weekend event full of fun, fellowship, praise, prayer, worship, and lasting friendships for high school (9-12 grade) students.
Fall Fling is put together by SCC students, staff, and faculty and is an opportunity for you to get to know Summit Christian College and the benefits of the education and community we provide.
Theme - "Approved" based on 2 Timothy 2:15 (… present yourself to God as one approved … who correctly handles the word of truth). Whether we are speaking or listening, we should all want to better know the truth and how to handle it.
Speaker - Isaac Stephanus is a Summit alumnus and currently serving as youth minister at Clifton Christian Church in Colorado. We have seen him study and live out how to present himself approved, so we are confident you will also be encouraged and equipped to do the same through this weekend.
Band - “The Collective Collective” includes SCC alumni Adam and Shane Coop. It is their joy to be able to lead you into an enthusiastic and intimate worship experience.
Location - The main portion of the weekend will be spent at Central Church of Christ, Gering, Nebraska. Faculty led workshops will be held at the Summit Christian College campus. Activities and outings may be planned at the local YMCA, skating rink or some other fun locale.
Cost - $45 per person if you pre-register by October 22, or $55 after October 22 and at the door opening night. Adults will pay the same price as students. Make checks payable to Summit Christian College. Pre-registration includes a T-shirt and ends on October 22, so be sure to have your forms post-marked or emailed by then.
