ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
General Admissions Requirements for any Degree Program (On-campus or through Summit Bridge)

The following steps are independent of each other and add up to admission review.
If you want to enroll in a degree program at SCC, you can expect to submit the following:
-
A Completed Application for Admission
-
Official high school or college transcripts.
-
We accept public school, private school, and homeschool transcripts that meet the official requirements: all coursework covered, student information, school information, graduation date, administrator signature.
-
A minimum high school GPA of 2.00 (on a 4.00 scale) or a college transcript in good academic standing. If your GPA is lower than 2.00, talk to an admission advisor for alternative options.
-
If a transcript is not available, you will need to complete the GED (General Educational Development test) with a score of 550 or higher.
-
-
Your ACT/SAT scores.
-
An 18 on the ACT or 850 on the SAT (1250 on new SAT) is acceptable.
-
The ACT is not required if you have already completed a full semester of college or are over the age of 25.
-
If you have not already, request to have your ACT or SAT scores sent to Summit Christian College using code 2463.
-
-
Character References - One needs to be your pastor. If your pastor doesn't know you well, you can use another leader in your church or another spiritual mentor.
